Physical Therapist Assistant-PTA
Payton McIntire
My name is Payton McIntire, and I am a Physical Therapist Assistant with 7 years of experience. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis and my PTA degree from the University of Evansville. I spent the past six years working in inpatient rehabilitation, gaining experience with neurological conditions and helping patients regain mobility and function more independently.
I became interested in physical therapy through my own experience recovering from sports-related knee injuries, which inspired my desire to help others get back to doing what they love. I’m excited to transition into the outpatient setting to continue growing professionally while helping patients return to their everyday activities and community.
Outside of work, I love working out, spending time with my family, and keeping up with my two young daughters.
